“The turntable is not pairing with my bose sound color Bluetooth speaker or my Bluetooth Yamaha receiver. The lights keep flashing red/blue. I have held the pairing button down for 30 seconds and it still just keeps flashing. It started when plugged in”

Hopefully you were able to get this fixed or returned/exchanged. My son had no problems connecting his Bose via Bluetooth with this system.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the indicator LED on the turntable began flashing blue and red upon being connected to AC power instead on turning solid red and it does not pair, exchange this unit for another one.
