how do i hook the belt up on the turn table null

quite easily if you read the directions

The belt comes preinstalled around the drive rim on the flip side of the aluminum record platter. Use the red ribbon that has temporarily been place between the belt and the drive rim as an aid to stretch the belt over the brass-colored motor. The motor pulley is located in the upper LEFT corner of the turntable (at about the 10 o'clock position). See the User Manual for complete details.
