• Good morning. You should be able to hook it up to any standard receiver; since it has its own built-in preamp, you shouldn't need at dedicated phone input, but it's always better if you have such an input. Do you have a receiver or tuner with the Polk Audio speakers or not?

• I paired mine with a Yamaha receiver with Bluetooth, took three attempts but works wonderfully. Really did not take that long

• You may connect the the turntable via the attached RCA audio cable to a stereo amplifier or receiver which has passive type speakers connected to it, or directly to a set of powered type speakers.
