Is the tonearm downward pressure adjustable? null

In researching further, and conversing with AT support direct (via eMail), the tonearm has a downward force of, in their estimate, 3.5 grams (for me, this is too heavy). Per my research, recommended is (as light as possible to keep from skipping), or between 2.0 to 3.0 grams.

No it does not. It is fully automated, but honestly for a first time turntable it is very stable and I haven’t had any skip issues. If you want something more customizable go a step up and get the LP120
