The other answer to this question is not correct. The RT80 will work great with the ATN95E. In fact, Fluance sells the RT81, which is the exact same as the RT80 except it comes with a rubber matt, a more solid base, and the ATN95E. Their website has specific instructions on how to upgrade the RT80 with a ATN95E.

Certain record players need a specific stylus in order to work My Audio Technica AT-LP 120 requires the ATN95E (Green) Stylus in order to create a rich clean sound. You however have a Fluance RT80, the ATN95E (Green) will not work for you. What you need is the ATN91 (Yellow) {as specified by Fluance for the RT80} to get the sound you want. Now after a little searching Best Buy does not sell the ATN91 (Yellow) but the ATN3600L (White), while I am unsure if the ATN3600L will work with your record player I would strongly recommend either ordering the ATN91 from either Fluance or Audio Technica and reading the instructions and watching YouTube to see how to change the stylus.
