• No, you cannot. These are not the same style bodies. The provided (ATN91R) stylus is the highest quality stylus available for the AT91 Series of cartridges. You would need to upgrade the cartridge and the stylus to get a higher level of performance.The AT-VM95E Cartridge w/stylus is the next step up.

• I'm no expert but I don't think the ATN95E will substitute for the AT91R. Suggest you visit a retailer that sells stereo equipment to confirm.
