Can I replace an AT11E (See photo) with this stylus? null

No you cannot, the AT-VMN95E Replacement Stylus is not compatible with your cartridge. The AT11E Cartridge, and its ATS11E stylus, have been discontinued for quite some time. We have no stock remaining of any replacement styli from that family, and nothing that is currently available that is compatible with that cartridge body. Time for a new cartridge, like the AT-VM95E Cartridge which includes the AT-VMN95E Stylus.
