Yes, but you will ned a power adaptor, not just an adaptor for the outlet. If the power is not converted through an adaptor, your turntable will blow from the 220V.

Yes, it is stated in the specifications I pasted below. You will just need the correct cord or adapter to be able to plug it into your wall outlet. Same thing you need for a laptop computer.

Input voltage requirements is 100 to 240 V, 50/60 Hz. Provided automatic switching type AC Adapter can be used anywhere as long as the appropriate plug adapter is added to it when needed.

Europe's voltage is mainly 220v, 50 hz (cycles) , which will reduce motor speed. 
The turntable has a speed control, but I'm not positive if it will change enough to adapt for 50hz.
You can check with audio technica.
