Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The speed can be varied considerably. There is a slider-type control on it and there is a light next to it. When you adjust the speed slower or faster than what the turntable is set to, the green light turns red to tell you it is not, say, 33 RPM anymore. The speed control has a slight detent at the correct speed. Of course, there are speed calibration bars on the edge of the turntable with the sync strobe light.
