I believe the Bose Wave SoundTouch Music System has an AUX Input jack on it. Use the dual RCA female to 3.5 mm stereo male mini-plug adapter cable provided with the AT-LP120-USB Turntable to connect the turntable to the AUX In jack. Make certain you have the phono preamplifier that is built into the turntable turned ON to use the turntable in this way. That is, the preamp selector switch that is located on the rear of the turntable should be in the LINE position.

To do so you would have to find some type of RCA attachment or Aux attachment receiver/transmitter to make this system bluetooth compatible. I don't have a Bose Wave touch system myself, but looking at the images of the plugins in the back if you connect your RCA adapters to the male Aux piece you should be able to plug it right into the back of the system, or run an aux cord through the back and use the RCA to Aux female adapter to get the same results.
