• This is a DAC so if your system has a DAC already then I don’t see that this dragonfly would be necessary.

• You could, but I don't think it would be noticeably better than just connecting the phone to your radio via Bluetooth. The Dragonfly's DAC section outputs a high quality analog signal meant to drive headphones and powered speakers. Sending this to be reprocessed by a possibly inferior quality DAC in the JVC would be pointless.
