You don't want to subject any PLA to any more than about 100°F (38°C). Basically don't use it on a hot car dashboard in summer. PLA does not "cure". It is melted by the printer into a viscous state, then hardens as it cools below the melting point. It can easily be remelted, unlike thermoset polymers like epoxy and resin that cannot be melted and reformed after they are set.
