• Yes, but typically you purchase a replacement "cartridge" of filament from Bambu Lab or other (Sunlu, eSun). Even Elegoo cardboard spools fit on the Bambu Lab plastic replaceable spool if you tear the side wheels off carefully and make a notch in the central hub. The Bambu Lab plastic AMS spools twist to unlock in the middle.

• If they are the Bambu filament rolls yes you can and if you buy the refills fits right on there also
