Depends on usage patterns. It has 10,000 mah; so you can get a couple of phone changes. In general, I am not sure about the total number of power bank charges it can do before there is noticeable difference in capacity.

Pretty sure this depends on your phone's battery size, to be honest, but i can say that it charges my phone from dead to full at least twice.

4-6 hours depending on what u charge, for my iPhone it lasted a good 6+ hours on full charge
