- Answer I'm not sure I'm completely understanding your question, but if you purchase multiple services, and not all of them are completed, you should be able to receive a refund for any services that are not used. If you order online, you may need to call in to do so.

- Answer No you don't have to purchase speakers. If you are trying to get the all around sound like in a movie theater then you would probably need to purchase soundbar and subwoofer
