“I have a 10 year old Sony 55” tv. I have been seeing a green coloration in the center of the screen. It is apparent when a yellow item fades from yellow to green at that spot. Is this something that is repairable?”

Nobody really fixes TVs anymore. It would cost you more to have it fixed (if you can find someone) than to buy a new one; they're a lot better and cheaper than they were 10 years ago anyway. I just trashed my 20-year-old 45" LED Phillips that finally stopped working, and got a gorgeous huge OLED for about what I originally paid for the old one. Cheers and good luck!
