I've taken phone calls in a really loud gym before and I've never had any complaints about people not being able to hear me! I would definitely recommend.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope. There is not noise cancellation. The mic picks up a lot of background noise. I would get a lot of complaints about the sound quality when using these. I'd recommend Jabra if your looking for quality headphones with noise cancellation.

Please try again later.I have had complaints when my blouse collar has rubbed against it, being mistook for static and when people are very close to me and being loud and/or laughing loudly, other than that I have a radio playing 2 feet from me and customers never hear the music.
