• I work out in mine...just use the right size ear pieces & they won't fall out. It comes with a few different sizes.

• With your clips and they won't fall out but being that they're not 100% sweat Proof I don't know if I would run long distance is in them but they do stay in securely as far as how I found

• They tend to fall out while on the elliptical. I've been swapping the buds out to find one with a better fit. Going to try those "wings" to see if they will help support the fit.

• Depends on your bouncy-ness when you run. It's never fallen out for me, but I can see how it would for others with bigger ears.
