Contact Apple if within 1 year. The same thing happened to me. I gave them a call and sent them in and got a replacement within about 7-10 days. Apples 1 year manufacturer’s warranty is second to none.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When u purchased them, u were supposed to call apple to get AppleCare on them cause they are an apple peoduct. Beats suck. They probably won’t do anything cause they’ll say it’s not a manufactured damage. Meanwhile almost everyone that has these, one side dies. These were the worst Bluetooth ever. U can alaways call tmo first to see ur options Best of luck.
