• Yes it's compatible with all blue tooth phones. I use mine with Samsung Galaxy S6 and iPhone 6s works great with both phones. The head phones do have a volume control button and will work from your devices volume button as well

• they use Bluetooth so if you have Bluetooth on your phone then yes.. the fast-forward part I believe is only for iPhones if that..
