Do they fall out of someone’s ears easily? null

They fall out of my ears seldom, but I blame it on the shape of my ears and the small size of my ear canal.

No very simple there's different ear ear pad sizes but they fit right in to my ears and they stay and I'll stay in there

No. There’s lots of ear piece options. You’ll find something that works and has a tight fit. I use the large size ear pieces and they never fall out. Even when working out.

I have exceptionally small ears and I have no problems.
