All that reseting and updating stuff is pointless I had the same problem and solved it by pinching and running my finger across the bendy wire that goes around your neck it fixes it everytime I think it does that because you have a loose wire in your earbuds and by doing that it puts it back in place.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is the problem I just had, I called Apple and since it’s been 7 months since the last pair were replaced for being broken there is no warranty. I read online this is probably a short inside.. call Apple ASAP to try to get replacement before warranty is up.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can try to reset them or download the Beats updater from the Beats website to check for firmware updates. You can also contact apple support: https://www.beatsbydre.com/support/service-warranty
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe when it’s flashing it’s in pairing mode. If you have anything other than an iPhone that’s how you pair them. You hold the button down for 5 seconds or so, if you have an iPhone you only hold it for a second and it will go into a pairing mode. It sounds like it’s in a pairing mode. Hope this helps.
