Not sure about warranty but mine came with everything. It looked like it was brand new.

You won’t get the original eartips for obvious health reasons. However you’ll get the three extra tips, charging cord, case and standard warranty. The manual is a crapshoot, but I just look that up online.

Yes. They come with everything you need and have the same warranty as a new product. As long as it is a certified product.

Mine didn’t even come with the basic ear tips I had to use one of the 3 included, it didn’t have any manuals either. I would say it’s just random what you get

I'm not sure about used, but I bought them new and you need to purchase an AC adapter to charge it.
