• Answer calls with button press on the headphones and you can change the settings of the button presses to change the volume up or down with a long press of the button. A long press will normally toggle between noise cancellation or transparency modes.

• Easy press on the the front side of the bud. I haven’t figured out how to work the volume only pause and play

• That all has settings in your phone’s settings, out of the box you can only control the volume with your phone, and if want to accept a call press once, to hang up press twice
