Honestly I was worried about purchasing the refurbished Powerbeats 3 but they work just as well as a new pair would.

Mine arrived on time! Refurbished products are repaired and restored to a like-new state. They are verified to work properly and include all parts and accessories (original or comparable substitutes). All refurbished products sold by Best Buy also include a warranty, and Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise applies.New means no one has touched or opened the package and all should be in perfect working order unless its defective which is covered by the warranty and return exchange policy.I had an issue with mine but that's not to say you'll have an issue with yours.I will be taking mine to a best buy store for an exchange.

When I receive my package it it come before the due date and the tell you the truth when is refurbish it is as is if you bought it in the box in good condition plus Best Buy can answer most of your questions by calling the one 800 number or maybe stop by local store to get further information

Yes, they arrived a couple days earlier for me. Also the difference is that the refurbished ones are used but still in good condition. My manual was missing but otherwise everything else was in box.
