• Yes, my mom (who i bought these for) has smaller ear canals, and the adjustable ear bud sizes helped her find the best fit. the over-the-ear portion also helps.

• I think they would fit perfectly due to the ear strap but also you can change the ear tip sizes to your liking and these come with a few options already in the box

• They fit perfectly with the ear hook so you don’t have to worry about losing.. the comfort is great as long as the ear buds are not too large..
