A:AnswerIt probably is just connecting to your phone on Bluetooth. Mines transfers from my car, or other Bluetooth devices, to my headset sometimes. Idk if you can change something in your setting

A:AnswerHello I also, have and android and they stay connected. As soon as I take them out of the case they connect. Try going on settings and turn on bluetooth and when taking them off do not disconnect them from your device they will disappear once you put them in case and you can connect other devices.

A:Answer40 m- 50m good to go Hey, you will be reaching near its max but I find they will do this distance unless their is obstruction in the way. Then it gets choppy but it fights impressively hard to stay connected
