A:AnswerYou might need to replace these. I’ve had mine over a year and don’t have this issue. Also one earbud could not be charging all the way in the case. Make sure it is snapped in all the way
A:AnswerThey come with the case you store & charge them in. Case doesn't have and clip or hole to attach a clip to hang it. I bought a silicon elsewhere that helps with that.
A:AnswerI am not certain if they connect to more than one phone. But my earbuds are paired to my phone & TV & it works fine. When I put them on they automatically connect to my phone or TV. Depends on what I want to listen to I guess? But I believe that they will work on both of your phones as long as you pair the earbuds to each phone.
A:Answeryes ive heard that people sweat out their headphones haha it sounds crazy but maybe try putting them in rice after working out to absorb the moisture, maybe the sweat is rusting the insides making the machinery difficult to function idk im not a specialist just a psychology student haha i hypothesize alot
