A:Answer Currently the option of buying one earphone is not available (at least directly from the Apple site, Beats site, or affiliated Third-Party companies’ sites). From my understanding, if you still have an active warranty —which is granted to you for one year after you buy the product— customer service should help you with this issue. You may have to pay a fee, but it won’t be as much as it would be to buy the pair and the case again. My recommendation is to get in contact with customer service, and ask them to make sure if this option of replacing/buying just one earphone is available.
