• A:Answer I have the same issue with a Galaxy note s 10+ and an iphone XS. Mine have been in for repair 3 times. The issues continue. Return them if you can. Apple will not help you.

I've used them as far as 30 feet away with no obstructions and I've had them disconnect while the phone was in my pocket on the other side of my body. The problem is, I have found that they often won't reconnect automatically when this happens.

• A:Answer Currently the option of buying one earphone is not available (at least directly from the Apple site, Beats site, or affiliated Third-Party companies’ sites). From my understanding, if you still have an active warranty —which is granted to you for one year after you buy the product— customer service should help you with this issue. You may have to pay a fee, but it won’t be as much as it would be to buy the pair and the case again. My recommendation is to get in contact with customer service, and ask them to make sure if this option of replacing/buying just one earphone is available.

Q: QuestionDo they have quality bass and high volume? I had a set of solo beats 2 in sure they aren’t as good but do they come close? I like to blow my ear drums out while working out and listening to music.
