Do these work well for running and stay secure? null

I use these for running, burpees, jumping squats, and even lifting weights. They work really great and the water resistance definitely helps too.but yes these definitely stay In place.

I’ve tried them while using a treadmill and they’ve stayed in place for my 30 minute work out. It’s definitely an upgrade from the good ol’ wired earphones that kept falling whenever my swinging arm hits the wire.
