Are these Powerbeats pro waterproof? In the past year I went through 2 pairs of power beats 3, ruined due to sweat during workouts. Of course the warranty didn't cover them. null

They are not water proof just water resistant which is a big difference.

They are NOT waterproof. Resistant only. Try buying Comply tips. They will let in less sweat. I’ve had no issues with any of the beats products regarding sweat including beats x, Powerbeats and now pro.

They are not waterproof they’re water resistant which is meant to hold up while you sweat or in a light rain. Of course as you mentioned, they’re not covered under warranty for water damage.

You have to tell apple that they won’t connect Bluetooth to your phone. They have no way of disproving you. They have to cover them for that reason.

They are rated for IPX 4 and claimed to be sweat Resistant, not waterproof, don’t take these swimming.

Its water resistance but not water proof, so you can't jump into the pool with them. However, they are sweat and water resistance so they should able to handle it. I saw on youtube a guy pouring with a water bottle on it and it still works. Should be fine. Just don't swim with it.
