“If I am on a phone call, and a text message comes through..will I hear the beep/notification sound in my ear while I’m on the phone?”

I have an iPhone and if you have your side button turned on yes you will have your notification sound but it’s best to let Siri read them to you

It can read your messages for you without having you touch your phone when new messages come in.
