Looks like to me there is always a problem with just one ear connecting , sounds like a malfunction , Why is it only a 15 day return and when you send off to apple they quote you &240 to fix the problem and it’s not covered under warranty? null

You might need to replace these. I’ve had mine over a year and don’t have this issue. Also one earbud could not be charging all the way in the case. Make sure it is snapped in all the way

I’ve run into this problem, but it always fixes itself by putting them back in and taking them out of the case. It IS annoying though.
