“My Beats cut off after about 45 minutes of use with the 0% battery message. I put in the charging case and it reads 57%. There is some type of a bug in the software. Any suggestions? I can’t use them, too frustrating!”

• Similar issue on my end. The answer I received is buy new or pay to have it repaired if outside warranty
