“I've been making sure both earbuds are set inside the case correctly to make sure both get charge. The last 3 times I've used them, only the right side works. How can I make sure both work correctly?”

• I highly recommend getting insurance but I believe if you take it back and just ask for an exchange that would help out your charging problem

• Make sure the box closes all the way if not you can adjust the part that goes behind the ear to make it easier to close.
