“I unknowingly purchased these earphones from China. The left earbud cuts in and out when playing music. Is there a way for you to update these earphones? I tried but the charging cord is not recognized when I plug it into my laptop”

I tried to respond the answer to this question but couldn't. I held the button down but the light never started to blink. I held the button down for at least a minute but nothing. Any other suggestions?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Put the earbuds into the charging case. Delete them from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. There is a tiny button at the front of the case when open, hold it down until the light on the case starts flashing. They will re-pair with your phone and they should be reset.
