All of a sudden I cannot get my Power Beat Pro to connect with my I-Phone . I followed the initial pairing instructions when I purchased them a year ago or so- They are fully charged and the phone is on and right next to them. any ideas? Thanks. null

Put back in case and again in ear.

Otherwise remove Bluetooth pairing and repair.

If you disconnect the Bluetooth and follow the connect process from the beginning Everything should go back to normal
