My daughter definitely has hers connected to her computer. I can't remember what kind of laptop she has but it is not an apple.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For me it worked out the box. For iPhone I just opened the container near the phone. For second connection to iPad I pressed the small Bluetooth button just inside the case. For my laptop. I pressed the button and also went to settings. There I selected the probeats and they paired. I had to open my settings again and this time right click and select connect. This was done with the earbuds in my ears.
