Will these work without issues with a ski helmet on null

They slip around the ear and the part that goes into the ear is kinda flush with ear. They do come with different size of rubber tips to fit your ear. Hope this helps.

Yes but your ears might ache after a while if you have pressure on your ears. While they are quite small they still have a thickness to them that you can feel with things pressed against your ears.
