“I have been having issues with one earbud not having sound, but figured it wasn't seated properly when charging. Now it won't connect to my Android. I downloaded the Beats app, followed those instructions and looked for troubleshooting online. Any tips?”

Put in original charger box and hold the little button in there with both earphones connected to the box not your ears and they will reset After this you should be fine if not YouTube it or contact support for help
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unpair the earphones turn phone off wait 3 minutes turn it on again connect the Power Beats Pro. On the other hand make sure it is well charged if the earphones not docked correctly will not charge make sure red light turns on when placed inside dock read manual as to when Dock is charged don't over charge it as it may shorten life of dock. If still need assistance call Beats for customer care.
