- Answer Make sure the charging connection on earbud is seated well in the charging case. You may have to clean charging connections on buds and case every once and while too

QuestionJust because earbuds are in the case and clicked in does not mean that they're actually charging. When it comes time to use, one earbud will work because it's on full charge, the other won't because it didn't recharge. Case is on full charge. How to fix?

- Answer 12 put both earbuds back in the case you need to plug it up..... When you're not around the plug.... The case needs to be fully charged so that it can re supply the headphones.
