Place both headphones in the case and hold the little button until it starts blinking, then afterwards forgot Bluetooth and set everything up again. Other than that it might be low battery. Best of luck!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try re-pairing the headphones (forget device and re-pair). I've had similar issues and that fixed it. Otherwise it may be a bad headphone. They should work independently.
