Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would remove the unit from your Bluetooth list, hard reboot your phone, and then do a fresh pairing. Also, be sure you aren't getting too far away from your phone when you are talking or that you don't have too much background noise or you don't have other devices in the area that could be causing interference with the bluetooth connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This can depend on your reception and phone company. I never ran into this issue. I suggest that you keep up with all necessary downloads and if that is giving you a problem, like with all new products, you may have a glitchy one that needs to be returned. If you didn’t purchased the warranty as recommended, you do have a one year manufacturer warranty to fall back on. I didn’t go for the first release. I waited for my color I wanted. That took until mid September. I am glad for that, because any glitches that needed to be worked out should have been worked out when I received my set. Don’t forget when you take one headphone off the one that remains in your ear you have to press the middle button to resume your call or music.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve have not experienced that issue at all..
