Why did my Beats by Dre earbuds, don’t completely charge? My left ear went completely dead and my right ear, took the complete charge null

I had to send mine back to Apple for this issue. Apple returned them telling me that they cold not reproduce the issue. I make sure they are on the charging contact and still have issues with them charging. Do a search on charging issues with these earbuds and you will find out a lot of people have the same issue.

Hi! Sometimes when we place them in the charging case, one may not be contacting the charging dock. Make sure they are both in contact.
