I would really not recommend doing that they are pretty water resistant so using them by the pool will probably be ok but I would not try swimming with them

I have used these when its pouring rain without an issue, but I wouldn't suggest wearing while swimming. I think they're considered water/sweat resistant but not proof. Also I don't really think any earbud would sound good in a water medium lol.
