• I had trouble with other earbuds as well. These are very comfortable. I listened to the entire impeachment hearings at work, no problem!

• Yes there are several sizes of ear plugs for various size ears.

• The Powerbeat Pros come with four sizes of ear cushions and some look pretty small.

• yes, i have small ears as well. they come with attachment heads for the rubber “in ear” pieces. and the hook is adjustable
