You should contact the numbers provided in the box that the head phones came in with. I registered mine soon as I opened the box to make the process go faster in case I have to use the warranty

I usually go to Apple store & they look up the warranty expiration for you & send them out if need be. Make sure you make an appointment

Beats is a subsidiary of Apple, Inc so all warranty claims are handled through Apple. The Apple site has the phone number you can use specifically for Beats issues.

Call them directly. They will replace them if fix them. I’ve had to send them in 3 times already. From what they tell me there not waterproof. I sweat when I work out. They fail after a few days of good work outs. There is a serial number on the earbud

You can call Apple Support and they can trouble shoot any issues you have and arrange any warranty work that needs to take place.

If you look at the headphones, along the cord there is an area that provides you with your SN. If you go to the website below, input the requested data it should tell you if they are still under warranty. Apple is pretty good about working with its customers. https://www.beatsbydre.com/support/service-warranty

You will have to take them to an Apple Store or an Apple authorized dealer. I believe you can also do it online and mail the faulty item to Apple. https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/products/accessory-warranty-english.html
