I think your Powerbeats3’s power switch is not working properly so I suggest you to hold a power switch 30 second twice times and then turn on every times when you connect to you device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure how long ago this happened but in my experience beats have a good life, my original powerbeats are just now starting to breakdown after 3 years, and it was only the little remote on the wire that came apart so simple taping fixed it. In my experience with the over the ear beats, apple has pretty good customer service and will replace beats within the 1 year warranty if they are non functional. The last time I had to contact them about studio wireless was 2015 but they were very helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It sounds like the battery is dying. You may want to take them back and try to get them exchanged. This happens with rechargeable batteries sometimes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately yes this is typical for these headphones. I thought it was just me since I use them so frequently. I have gone through a few pairs the last 3 years. For the price they should last longer :(
