“Can the battery be replaced? I can’t get them to hold a charge.”

• I’m not sure the battery can be replaced per se, however if purchased at Best Buy I’m sure they can accommodate an exchange

• Only by warranty repair. You can bring them to the Apple store directly (Beats is now owned by Apple and handles warranties) and they will send it in for repair. I'm sure they also offer some way to ship it yourself through their website.
