Try to reset to the factory setting press the power botton and the left side of the center of the logo at the same time for 5 second to rest to the factory setting that should be fix your promble

I would call Apple, I didn’t purchase warranty.  But they have warranty through Apple and they replaced my sons Beats with new ones cause they were not turning on.

Because you need the right charger you can’t use no other one or it’s not gonna work
